The Warranty Direct, every year compiles the list of top 20 cars around the globe. And it is really surprising that in this top 20 list majority of them are Japanese vehicles, to be precise almost 16 out of 20 vehicles are Japan made.

Basically the above mentioned list is based on the database of vehicles sold in the preceding year and then it is ranked by Warranty Direct on how they performed and the frequency of failure over the year.  This database consists of both new and used vehicles, with used vehicles being purchased more than the new ones.

The top most reliable Japanese cars according to the above list is Japan made Honda Accord which without any doubt is number one is the list. Secondly Subaru Forester, thirdly,  Mazda MX-5, fourth  in the list is Mitsubishi Carisma, number five is Toyota Yaris, sixth in the list is  Honda Civic, seventh is Nissan Almera, eight position is gained by Honda CR-V, on the ninth position is Toyota RAV4 and  Nissan Micra is on number ten.

So there are indeed enormous benefits of owning a Japanese car which is the main reason behind its ever rising demand all over the globe. In fact it comes with a lengthy list of reasons why to purchase them but the top most reasons are undoubtedly reliability, performance, fuel economy, and longevity.

Even though the cars manufactured by Japanese companies may not be as elegant and luxurious when compared to those made in the European and Americans but when it comes to performance and reliability Japanese cars are always on the top list.
